BRIAN ROBINSON at MALL GALLERIES :
Congratulations to TVA member Brian Robinson who has had two paintings selected for showing at this year's prestigious Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours Exhibition.
The show takes place from 21st April to 1st May 10.00am to 5.00pm at the Mall Galleries, The Mall, London SW1.

During the Exhibition the President of the RI, Ronald Maddox, will give two guided tours on 23rd April at 11am and 2.30pm.  Also on 28th April 5 - 8pm there will be an Art Event Evening when RI Members demonstrate different watercolour techniques.

GAS's WORKSHOPS in CZECH REPUBLIC :
Our member Gas Kimishima has a new wood-fire project for 'Jurta' in the Czech Republic this year.  The events will be held in Decin and supported by Japanese Embassy in Prague.
APRIL 9-11: 'Raku Workshops'   A 3 day course with Raku (tea bowl making, kiln building and its firing)
JULY 4-18: Project 'Anagama Salamander'  Anagama kiln building of his design during the 2 week ceramic symposium, with his demonstrations, lectures and wood-firing for participants.
October ?-?: Firing 'Anagama Salamander'  The dates will be decided and announced in spring.
